How Much Is My Guitar Worth?

Hey everyone, I'm wondering if anyone could possibly help me in valuing my acoustic. I plan to sell her, yet I'm unsure of what she is worth. It's a Guild. Model: GAD-30RATB Serial no: GAD-23318 Vintage Sunburst type of finish. Very minor wear and tear.

New $950
Take off 20% because it is used and you can not offer any guarantee.
Take off another 10% for each year of age.
Think seriously about what you consider to be minor wear and tear.
Are there any marks that can be seen from 10 feet away. When were new strings installed.
Are there any accessories like tuners or case.
At best I think $700, but an instrument is worth what someone will pay and what you will accept.
If you set the price too high, they won't bargain. They will just say no.
