Which solid wood is considered more expensive for kitchen cabinets cherry or maple and which is warmer?
Both woods being solid and in a lighter stain color with a glaze. Which would probably be more expensive to purchase and which would be considered a warmer look in the kitchen? Both of the same design in a more traditional raised panel.
Cherry was more expensive when we bought ours;it looks kind of red to me maple seems warmer to me.
