Can somebody give me a suggestion on a bass guitar?
Next year I need to buy a bass guitar for jazz band. I already have a very nice 5-String Schecter Stiletto. But the problem is I would have to keep it at school 24/7 all of next year which is not something I am willing to do. I am very expirenced but I don't really want to pay $200+ on it. Can somebody please give me a suggestion and possibly a link? Also I'd perfer a 5-string if thats possible. Thanks!
You don't say where you live, but if you're in a decent sized city, try pawn shops and craigslist.com. Unfortunately a lot of musicians need to unload excess gear in these tough economic times, so deals are out there. And don't think of yourself as a predator. You may be helping someone stay in their home.
