Finger strength for guitar players
Guitar finger strength is something that takes time to acquire, and patience to train for, however it cannot be achieved with a lackadaisical attitude, nor with the wrong approach to training. When you get into the subject matter of finger strength, its up there with training the right hand or picking. They are both similar in the fact that you will be dealing with minute movements that require lots of accuracy. However both hands should be trained separately to some degree.
By limiting yourself to working with only so many exercises you will have a heads up. Unfortunately a lot of guitar players try to tackle simply too many exercises. If you limit yourself to two to three exercises then you will see them through and practice them more.
When it comes to guitar finger strength, taking it slow is a must. This is because there are so many movements going on with the fingers that its important to not leave one out. For instance when you walk, in order to take a step, your leg must make several motions to snap your foot out their and touch the ground. Your fingers are no different, except that you may trying to work them up to a super sonic speed, and in which case taking things slowly enough to train those little movements is ten times as crucial now.
Working with a metronome is something that is often thought of for just training the right hand or the two hands together, but using this for fretting hand finger strength is also important at times. You don't have to do this constantly and make guitar playing boring, but if you choose to - please do so on a clean setting with no distortion, or an acoustic. Instead of focusing on the hand all together, give each finger a lot of attention when its up to bat.
You can learn and master guitar with the right system, but figuring out the system to learn and master guitar is difficult without the right knowledge. Luckily, there are people who can help you learn guitar correctly.

What kind of doctor should I go see for hand/finger pain?
My insurance allows me to go straight to a specialist; I'd rather skip the family physician since he'll only give me pain meds which isn't what I want. Is there a certain type of specialist for hand pain?
An orthopedist..

Finger $16.09 FROM THE AUTHOR OF A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE SMILE , A COMPLETE INDEX OF THE DIGIT In this collision between art and science, history and pop culture, the acclaimed art historian Angus Trumble examines the finger from every possible angle. His inquiries into its representation in art take us from Buddhist statues in Kyoto to the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, from cave art to Picasso's Guernica , from Van Dyck's and Rubens's winning ways with gloves to the longstanding French taste for tapering digits. But Trumble also asks intriguing questions about the finger in general: How do fingers work, and why do most of us have five on each hand? Why do we bite our nails? This witty, odd, and fascinating book is filled with diverse anecdotes about the silent language of gesture, the game of love, the spinning of balls, superstitions relating to the severed fingers of thieves, and systems of computation that were used on wharves and in shops, markets, granaries, and warehouses throughout the ancient Roman world. Side by side with historical discussions of rings and gloves and nail polish are meditations on the finger's essential role in writing, speech, sports, crime, law, sex, worhsip, memory, scratching politely at eighteenth-century French doors (instead of crudely knocking), or merely satisfying an itch and, of course, in the eponymous show of contempt. |

Information on Hand Care
Many people abuse their hands every day at work, home and play, but neglect to consider proper daily hand care and nail care.Hands are the most precious gift given to the human beings from God. Like one takes care of other parts of body, hands too need proper care and protections.First of all, there are lotions that are specially made for use on your hands. These are usually a bit thicker than lotions that are made for the rest of your body, and they contain special nutrients that are just for your hands. The first thing that you want to do with promotional hand care products is to make them available to your employees when the cold weather starts, especially for any of them that have to spend time outside when they are at work.Hand care specialists will tend to needs you never knew you had - cuticles will be pushed back off the nail, nails will be filed smooth and even, the tiniest of hangnails will be clipped and moisturised into non-existence and best of all, your hands will be massaged.
Sun light, cold, dirt, but also inner medical conditions affect the appearance of hand skin and make it look spotted, thin and crepe-papery, almost inconsistently transparent.Thoroughly mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 3 tbsp of unsalted butter. Add 1 tbsp of strong herbal infusion. This will make a very rich cream. It will take a while to absorb, but leave your hands silky and smooth.Your hands are carriers of bacterial, viral and even fungal infections so it is imperative that you wash them every time you use the bathroom, before and after eating anything, after sneezing or blowing your nose and before touching your face. At least three times a day, moisturize your hands. Because of all the things your hands get into - especially soap and water - they tend to dry out quickly, particularly in winter. Also apply a warm poultice of crushed linseed. This can be bought in health shops either ready crushed or whole, in which case you can crush it yourself in a coffee grinder.Trim the nails starting in the middle then rounding off the sides. Leave a thin white strip of nail at the end.Rub your hands with warm olive oil, leave it on for about five minutes and rinse off with warm water and natural soap. For an intensive hand care treatment leave it overnight, but wear some cotton gloves.Finger is also part of your hand. finger massage is using four fingers from the opposite hand, start at the top of the finger and knead your way down to the tip of each finger.
While doing the fingers and thumb, use your thumb and finger tips to 'grip' the finger applying pressure for a moment, then releasing and repeating while moving down the finger at 1cm intervals. This is to promote circulation; you are basically encouraging movement of fluids.Clean, soft, and smooth hands can be easily accomplished with the right cleansing products. An exfoliate to remove calluses can be easily made with natural ingredients already in your kitchen.Keeping these points in mind you can also start caring, for your nails and buy hand nourishing products from, numerous online sites of beauty professionals, such as Tammy Taylor and others.
