The American drama "Supernatural" horror television series that follows the siblings as the devil, they hunt and other figures of the paranormal. Two brothers, Sam and Dean Winchester have teamed up to find their father, John, who disappeared during a hunting trip. However, their father was not a typical hunter, he hunts supernatural creatures like ghosts, vampires, demons and various and trained his son to do the same. On the way, Sam and Dean save the innocent, fight creatures and ghosts, and collect clues to the location of their father. Sam begins to develop psychic ability and vision mysteriously as they travel. They finally find their father, who reveals that the creatures who killed mother years before Sam and Dean is a demon with yellow eyes and the only thing that can kill the gun is legendary.

Sam Winchester has done his best to escape the strange story of his family, but at the same time as his brother Dean, Sam is bound by tragedy and blood to a dangerous mission to another world. Plying the roads of the country's mysterious return to their '67 Chevy Impala, the Winchester brothers search for their missing father and hunt down every evil supernatural force they encounter along the path. Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles stars as Dean and Sam Winchester, two brothers searching for the meaning behind the death of their mother at the hands of a devil, and the mysterious disappearance of their father.
Dean and Sam investigate what appears to be a murder-wolf, but proves to be a skinwalker posing as a family dog who takes his revenge on the enemies of its owners. After taking the dog, he turns to the people and tells Sam and Dean a skinwalker Alpha has created many sleeper cells which will develop over his command to kill their families. The only way to stop the mass killing is to find and kill the Alpha.

Since they were small children, their father was absorbed into an obsession to find the evil forces that killed her husband. Dean and have even been trained by their father in the supernatural means to assist in the establishment of a vendetta. They are now the hunters of the supernatural. The two brothers, bound by the mission laid before them by their father, then travel place to meet up terrifying and dangerous forces that believed in nothing but superstition.
